This strip has been reformatted! (Not redrawn! I only redrew pages I'd lost the original PSD files on.) The art is the same, but the page has been laid out to fit the ratio of later pages wherever necessary, and the font has been changed as well as the speechbubbles. :)
In theory, he could be high level. His spells (when not influenced by his curse or his personality) have shown a mighty kick, but it's not something he has much control over.
